Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: That bedside nurses are not being supported by administration to do their job well.
How do you feel the coming nursing shortage will affect patient care? I am concerned that the nurses at the bedside will not get the support and resources to do their jobs well and the quality of patient care will decrease. Also, fewer people will want to go into the nursing field.
