Reason for the change: Once relocation and once advancement.
If you lost your job tomorrow how easily do you feel you find new employment: Very easy I am aware that nurses are getting bonuses for sign ons once again.
In how many years would you like to retire: 30 years Im only 25 and beginning my career.
Do you feel the availability of Patient Educational Materials on the WWW would be beneficial: Definitely More and more people are signing on-line and will have access to the WWW.

Do you carry a personal malpractice insurance policy why or why not: I am currently looking for a good policy to obtain.
Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: I am most concerned with the changing health care environment regarding our payment delivery system and what will eventually happen to the patients. It seems that they are stuck in the middle of all the commotion while non-medical persons are deciding who they will see what will be done how much will be charged etc. It concerns me that insurance co. and the government are making medical decisions instead of medical personnel. With nursing I am most concerned with the role of the advanced practitioner. I am all for nurses holding advanced degrees but it seems that there are too many options. I think that we should standardize the advanced degrees a little more and maybe we would be taken more seriously.
What attracted you to the field of Nursing: Working with people and the possibility that I would make a difference in someone's life.
